The development is walking aid friendly, with the possibility of accessing all primary communal areas such as the conservatory and gardens with relative ease. The main entrance doors are not automated, which could make it difficult for those with a wheelchair or requiring use of a walking aid. The development gardens to the rear are accessible via the car park entrance or from the rear exit to the development off the internal corridor. Aside from a small lip on the door frame leading to the gardens, they are quite easily accessible. The development does benefit from lift access in which case access to all floors is possible and relatively straight forward. All communal corridors are equally wide. A 0.1 mile walk from East Molesey high street, making the location of this development ideal for those that do not wish to walk long distances and are thinking of shortly giving us a car. A good selection of local shops is only a short level walk / drive away and should be accessible to those residents using a walking aid or wheelchair. The footpath to the shops can at times be quite uneven and thin, in which case those unaided in a wheelchair or those finding it difficult on uneven ground may find this quite challenging.
