Information for those with mobility concerns

The development is walking aid and wheelchair friendly, with the possible exception of one or two areas where there might be access difficulties and assistance required. The communal porch door and main entrance door is automated, which should allow those with a wheelchair or walking aids to enter the development with relative ease. Other areas within the development such as the laundry, Residents’ lounge and refuse room have manual doors. The doorframe lip from the Residents’ lounge to the rear garden may make access difficult for those with a walking aid / wheelchair, however with assistance the garden and outdoor seating areas can be accessed. For those with a mobility scooter or considering one in the future,there is a garage located towards the development car park where it can be stored, however there is limited space and enquiries should be made with the House Manager to see if there is a free space. See development floor plan for location of garage. Weybridge high street is only a short level walk or mobility scooter drive away and should be accessible to those using a walking aid.
