Things to Know
Built in 2007, Calverley Court benefits from excellent access both into Kingston, Epsom and the surrounding areas. To the rear of the development there are well tended communal gardens, with internal facilities including a residents lounge, a laundry room, a manager and lift access to all floors. Calverley Court offers an excellent retirement choice.
The local area: Roughly 12 miles from the centre of London, Ewell sits along the fringes of the commuter belt and therefore enjoys many of the advantages of being further out into the country, yet also benefiting from the transport links into London. One of the most desirable places to live in the country, the picturesque Ewell Village itself provides plenty of restaurants and cafes, a Sainsbury`s Local supermarket, a Post office and several small parks.
Ewell is served by two railway stations: Ewell West to London Waterloo and Guildford and Ewell East to London Victoria and Horsham. There are also numerous busses providing links to Epsom, Chessington, Kingston, and the underground services at Morden
