With good transport Links into London by rail, Cobham is also well served should you wish to travel out of London with Guildford only 20 minutes away.

Information for those with mobility concerns

The development is walking aid friendly, with the possible exception of one or two areas where there might be access difficulties and assistance required. Some assistance may be required to open the main entrance door as this is not automated, nor are any of the number of doors within the development. A shallow step / doorframe lip from the entrance hall to the rear garden may make access difficult for those with a walking aid / wheelchair, however with assistance the garden and covered outdoor seating areas can accessed. For those requiring a ramp, there is currently no ramp and no other means from the interior of the development to get into the rear garden. The wide interior corridors both in the communal areas and in the apartments themselves, make maneuvering relatively easy when compared to other age specific development. For those with a mobility scooter or considering one in the future, Cobham Grange has no designated mobility scooter parking / charge points and no plans at this moment in time to add any. On the fringe of Cobham high street, the location of this development is ideal for those that do not wish to walk long distances. A good selection of local shops are only a short level walk away and should be accessible to those residents using a walking aid.
