Information for those with mobility concerns

The development is very much geared towards those that can live independ of walking aids and wheelchairs, and could prove challenging if either are required. To access the main entrance doors to each block, there are a number of steps and the entrance doors are not automated, however handrails have been fitted and make the steps that much easier. In the heart of Esher town centre, the location of this development is ideal for those that do not wish to walk long distances. A good selection of local shops are only a short walk away, however for those residents using a walking aid or wheelchair, the pavements are uneven and some may consider the walk down into the high street relatively steep.
